Sailing upside down
The Janthina are mollusks that feed on a jellyfish, the Velella, clinging in its lower part, one of the tentacles.
The Velella owes its name to its shape: a small oval top few inches of the center of which emerges a small sail upright.
The Janthina benefit, therefore, also from this for "sailing" moving in the sea.
