The First Commitments for each Country Team are:

- Proposing ideas, methods, experiences to all the country teams for a better teaching of malacology.
- Selecting project products that are of interest for his own country.
- Translating selected project products in local languages and "Adapting" them to the local environment and requirements.
- Help and Assist the central team to develop the project.
- Distribute and Diffuse the products of the project into the local schools, Public Institutions and Museums, Malacologists.
