IPTM International Project for Teaching Malacology Giovanni Repetto Genoese D.O.C. with sea legs, was born in 1949 and puts his head under the water just 10 years age with the legendary mask "Pinocchio" and since then it stops studying the various aspects of the sea, while reserving to the malacology the place of honor. He is president of the Piedimonte Section of the Italian Society of Malacology and since 1991 honorary curator of the Section of Natural Sciences at the Civic Museum "Federico Eusebio» Alba. Since 1979 he has published over 50 papers in scientific or informative, and some books that have predominantly as a subject of study the existing shells and fossils and their living environment.
