Irene Vuolo

I was born on 1987, I had my high school degree in social sciences and following my passion for nature I enrolled in the undergraduate program in Natural Sciences at Università “La Sapienza” di Roma, choosing the curricula “biodiversity and evolution of the geosphere”. I had my bachelor degree with a thesis in stratigraphic paleontology on geometric morphometric applied to the gastropoda Tanousia subovata (Settepassi, 1965). I went to Milan to continue with paleontological studies and I enrolled the master in Natural Sciences- curriculum “paleobiology and history of life”. I obtained my master degree with a thesis on Permian and Triassic conodont biostratigraphy of Iran and Karakorum. I’m working on Upper Carboniferous- Permian conodont of Tajikistan, Iran and Tunisia. During university I learn to use Tps free software for geometric morphometrics, PAST for paleontological statistical analysis, ArcGis and I attend few month ago to a MatLab course and I obtained a 70 hour master in environmental law by IPSOA.
I’m scout chief since more than 5 years and I try to merge my passion and knowledge of nature with education of kids, especially kids from 8 to 11 years old.
